Palm's progress

Here are some of the photos I took for the project, I shifted my theme a little bit as I wanted to include more architectural structures so I chose to take the pictures at my local garden centre. I feel like this will add more varieties to my work as well as making it more interesting to see some of the gardening tools, the space of the garden centre building and of course, the various plants species within the space.

    ummm I actually took more photos, but how come only these can be posted ? :L Anyway, some captions..

    1. Line and Harmony : the plants were woven together for ease of transportation.
    2. Colour and Harmony : fallen leaves display harmony in colour.
    3.Shape and Repetition : a brick wall of the men's toilet of the garden center.
    4.Line and Repetition : bamboo expandable fence.
    5. Line and Unity : the roofing panels of the garden centre appeared to converge into a position. (interestingly, it was purposely designed to look like a leaf to fit the theme of it as a garden centre).
    6.Void and Repetition : the closeup of the brick wall, playing around with the camera until I got this shot...

    Thanks for posting.
    I think you do not play enough with the medium...
    the pictures are way too clean, too set up, predictable.
    And there is no consistency in the way you took them (as a series).

    Have you started the diagrams?
